The Start Smart staff is comprised of coaches from the Denver Metro area.

The camp will be directed by Brannon Hays, former Head Coach at Metro State College.
In his 4 year career with the Roadrunners, Coach Hays has led the team to a 98-27 record and 3 RMAC titles,
including back to back conference titles in 2009 and 2010.

The coaching staff is known throughout the country for their ability to teach in a progressive
